We provide USA toll free and local phone numbers in most states of the USA. The cost is only $20.00 + GST per phone line. The outbound pricing is identical as if it was a NZ number. There is a $20 + GST setup fee. All prices are in New Zealand Dollars, exclude GST and are subject to change.
Kiwi Internet UK VOIP Phone Lines
UK phone lines are available for only $20. The numbers are setup as VOIP numbers, they have all the features as our standard NZ based VOIP lines. UK Toll Free – Toll free UK lines are also available for only $20.00 + gst. The outbound pricing is identical as if it was a NZ number. The toll free inbound pricing is 15c per min. There is a $50 + GST setup fee

SIP Trunk Plans
A SIP Trunk allows you to route concurrent calls over the Internet to an IP capable PBX system. Kiwi Internet uses the SIP protocol to deliver calls to your PBX platform.
You will need a PBX or VoIP Gateway – or your existing PBX/gateway that is SIP capable in order to use SIP Trunks.

Fax PlansÂ
The Kiwi Fax mail service works by combining traditional fax services with your emails. You can have faxes sent to your email box and send to fax machines from your emails as well.
If you do not have a fax machine live on the line it will simply email you the fax message.

For all Teams calling you must have at least a Microsoft 365 Business Standard License.
Teams Setup Cost
- Single Line DDI + Trunk – $20 + GST per month per DDI.
(give 2 concurrent calls, if more needed price separately) - Teams calling licence – $12.90 + GST per month per DDI.
*One-Off Teams’ integration cost – $10 + GST per month per DDI or extension.
*Cost is applied to customers who do not have an existing Microsoft 365 subscription.
Total Costing: Teams Calling Setup – $32.90 + GST per month per line + Microsoft 365 License.
